But I’ve been so all over the place and inconsistent until this point that it hasn’t gone to where I’d like it to. The only way to change things is to change action, so that’s what I’m doing now.

Thankfully it’s healed well, and while I needed two screws it’s better than the alternative of a full elbow replacement.
